1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website pixelmemecoin.com (the "Site"), operated by the entity identified on the Legal Notice page (the "Operator"). By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.

2. Definitions

  • Site: the website pixelmemecoin.com and all associated services.
  • Operator: the person or entity operating the Site, identified on the Legal Notice page.
  • User: any person accessing the Site.
  • Renter: a User who rents pixel space by completing a payment in SOL.
  • Rental: the paid reservation of a pixel area on the Site for a set duration.
  • Content: any image, link, ticker, coin name, or text submitted by a Renter.
  • SOL: the native cryptocurrency of the Solana blockchain.
  • Treasury Wallet: the Solana wallet designated by the Operator to receive Rental payments.

3. Nature of the service

The Site lets Users rent a defined pixel area on a public billboard for a duration chosen at the time of payment. Renters may display an image and an outbound hyperlink of their choice for the duration of the Rental. When the Rental expires, the pixel area returns to the pool of available pixels and the Content stops being displayed.

The service is strictly an advertising-display service. It is not a financial service, a payment service, a crypto-asset exchange, or a token issuance.

4. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The service is not directed to minors. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in SOL before any payment. The price that applies is the price shown at the moment you confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Payments are made in SOL from your own Solana wallet to the Treasury Wallet. The Operator is not a payment service provider. The Operator never has access to your wallet, seed phrase, or private keys and will never ask for them.

Transactions on the Solana blockchain are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by the Operator, regardless of user error.

6. No refunds, no cancellation

By confirming a Rental you expressly agree that the service is performed immediately upon on-chain payment confirmation and that you therefore waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund that might otherwise apply to digital services. Rentals cannot be shortened, cancelled, or refunded once paid. You also cannot modify your Content (image, ticker, name, link, position, or duration) after purchase. These limitations are displayed to you inside the purchase interface before you confirm payment.

7. Renter obligations regarding Content

You warrant that you hold all rights needed to display the Content you submit (trademarks, copyrights, image rights, etc.). You must not upload or link to Content that:
  • violates any applicable law or regulation,
  • contains hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorism, or self-harm,
  • is pornographic, obscene, or depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context,
  • infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or personality rights,
  • constitutes phishing, a scam, malware, or a deceptive redirect,
  • impersonates another person, project, or brand,
  • promotes an unregistered financial service to users in a jurisdiction where registration is required,
  • discloses personal data of any identifiable person without their consent.
You agree to indemnify the Operator against any claim, loss, or damage arising from a breach of this section.

8. Operator's role as hosting provider

The Operator hosts Content submitted by Renters but does not review it in advance. The Operator has no general obligation to monitor Content, but will promptly remove any Content that is reported and confirmed to be manifestly illegal or in breach of these Terms. To report such Content, use the contact address on the Legal Notice page.

The Operator may, at its sole discretion, remove any Content that breaches these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. A Rental removed for a Terms violation entitles the Renter to no refund or compensation.

9. No endorsement — crypto-asset disclaimer

All Content on the Site is provided by third-party Renters. The Operator does not verify, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any project, token, ticker, coin, or link displayed on the Site. Nothing shown on the Site is investment advice, a financial recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or trade any crypto-asset.

Crypto-assets are volatile and risky. You can lose some or all of the capital you put into them. You are solely responsible for any decision to interact with a project linked from the Site, including losses from scams, rugpulls, or project failures. Always do your own research (DYOR).

10. Wallet security

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and private keys. The Operator will never ask for them. The Operator cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address, to a compromised wallet, or as the result of phishing.

11. Availability of the service

The Operator uses reasonable efforts to keep the Site available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, security incidents, or events beyond the Operator's control (including, without limit, Solana network outages, RPC provider downtime, hosting incidents, or force majeure). Suspension does not entitle a Renter to a refund, but the Operator will use reasonable efforts to credit meaningful lost Rental time where practical.

12. Limitation of liability

Except where a limitation is prohibited by applicable law, and to the maximum extent allowed, the Operator's total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount that User paid to the Operator in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the claim. The Operator is not liable for:
  • any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage,
  • any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or opportunity,
  • any damage arising from the content of a third-party link,
  • any damage arising from Solana network or wallet issues outside the Operator's control.

13. Intellectual property

The Site's source code, design, logos, and branding (excluding user-submitted Content) are the property of the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or adaptation is prohibited.

14. Personal data

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. The Terms that apply to a Rental are those in force on the date the Rental is confirmed. Continued use of the Site after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of that version for future Rentals.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on the Legal Notice page. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
